Founder & Managing Director

With extensive professional experience across multiple markets—including Singapore, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia, the United States, and predominantly the Philippines.

My experties spans a diverse range of typologies, including residential houses, interior design, , healthcare facilities, and restaurants, resorts and commercial developments

My strengths lie in creating designs that balance aesthetic elegance with technical precision and functional performance. Most of my work is rooted in the Philippines, where I lead projects from concept through completion—handling everything from site planning and schematic design to construction documentation, cost estimation, and on-site coordination.

I also bring valuable international exposure from projects in Singapore, Saudi Arabia, and the U.S., where I collaborated with multi-disciplinary teams and navigated different regulatory standards.

Pre- construction Design

This stage involves site analysis, space planning, code and zoning review, and preliminary design proposals. The objective is to establish a clear design direction aligned with the client’s vision, budget, and schedule.

Design & Construction Estimate

During this stage, architectural concepts are developed alongside cost assessments to ensure the project remains financially feasible. It includes estimating materials, labor, systems, and construction methods based on schematic or developed designs.

On-Site Consultations

immersive, face‑to‑face meeting held at the project site—typically lasting 1 to 2 hours—during which the architect collaborates directly with the client to assess existing conditions and clarify project objectives
